India’s batsmen: Sehwag, Tendulkar, Gambhir, Kohli, Yuvraj, Dhoni and Yusuf. The weakest link on paper in that line-up, Virat Kohli, is also India’s most in-form batsman. And Suresh Raina, who was a rabbit in South Africa but is a force on the subcontinent, is an option too. Each one is capable of producing a match-winning innings.

There was a fitness concern over Shafiul Islam, who bowled only five overs in the warm-up against Pakistan, but he is expected to be fit. Raqibul Hasan could make the XI ahead of Mohammad Ashraful and Bangladesh could also play two spinning allrounders in Mahmudullah and Naeem Islam.

India Squad   : 1 Virender Sehwag, 2 Sachin Tendulkar, 3 Gautam Gambhir, 4 Virat Kohli/Suresh Raina, 5 Yuvraj Singh, 6 MS Dhoni (capt & wk), 7 Yusuf Pathan, 8 Harbhajan Singh, 9 Zaheer Khan, 10 Ashish Nehra, 11 Munaf Patel.

Bangladesh Squad  : 1 Tamim Iqbal, 2 Imrul Kayes, 3 Junaid Siddique, 4 Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), 5 Raqibul Hasan 6 Shakib Al Hasan (capt), 7 Mahmudullah, 8 Naeem Islam 9 Abdur Razzak, 10 Shafiul Islam, 11 Rubel Hossain.

Warriors have won all their matches so far, but a big defeat against Chennai Super Kings will mean there will be no home teams in the semi-finals. Similarly, Victoria have swept all before them after flopping in their opening game, but still have to nervously watch the Warriors-Chennai match to know their fate.

Johan Botha looks to be playing a position too high at No. 6 but Jacobs wasn’t too concerned by it. “We have Nicky Boje, who comes after Botha, and has scored couple of ODI hundreds,” Jacobs said. “So I am very confident about my team’s batting.

Jacobs’ big-hitting has been pivotal to Warriors’ three consecutive wins, and he has also boldly spoken of how important he can be to South Africa in the Twenty20 format. He has been overlooked for South Africa’s Twenty20 series against Zimbabwe and Pakistan.

Chennai Super Kings Teams : 1 M Vijay, 2 Matthew Hayden / Michael Hussey, 3 Suresh Raina, 4 S Badrinath, 5 MS Dhoni (capt. & wk), 6 S Anirudha, 7 Albie Morkel / Justin Kemp, 8 Doug Bollinger, 9 R Ashwin, 10 Muttiah Muralitharan, 11 L Balaji.

MS Dhoni is the top-ranked one-day batsman in the world, but has been part of two shambolic Indian collapses. With some of the youngsters in the middle order finding it hard to adjust to the seaming pitches in the tournament, the team is looking to their captain to deliver.

New Zealand’s inexperienced batting line-up remains their biggest concern. The relaxed format of the tournament and the unseasonal rain which washed out their match against Sri Lanka means their batsmen have, amazingly, not had a bat in the middle for a dozen days, which the captain Ross Taylor said is “going to give a little more anxiety than the actual game itself.”

India Team  : 1 Virender Sehwag, 2 Dinesh Karthik, 3 Rohit Sharma/Virat Kohli, 4 Yuvraj Singh, 5 MS Dhoni (capt & wk), 6 Suresh Raina, 7 Ravindra Jadeja, 8 Praveen Kumar, 9 Pragyan Ojha, 10 Ishant Sharma, 11 Ashish Nehra

Watch Sri Lanka vs New Zealand Tri-Series 2010 4th ODI Live Streaming at Dambulla. The fourth match of the tri-series, between New Zealand and Sri Lanka, became the first-ever ODI in Dambulla to be abandoned because of rain. It wasn’t abandoned in the true sense of the word there was a reserve day assigned for every match of the tournament, and both teams were to have the toss again on Friday.

Watch New Zealand vs Sri Lanka 4th ODI Cricket Match Live Scores and Live Updates Starting Time Local 14:30,GMT 09:00,Friday 20th Aug 2010.New Zealand welcomed back Jacob Oram and Grant Elliot, but had to do without Martin Guptill who injured himself in the lead-up to the match. Peter Ingram took his place. On Friday, though, both teams will be allowed to name fresh XIs.

This game was supposed to restore the focus on on-field action after the last three days were dominated by the the Suraj Randiv no-ball, allegations, inquiries, and suspensions. As a result, Randiv, who bowled the no-ball to deny Virender Sehwag a century in the previous game, was suspended for this ODI, and the washed-out day’s play won’t count as time served for him.

They had both put together what seemed a threatening stand by the halfway mark, a run-a-ball 34. Dhoni had already given indication he would attack the two weak links on the day, Maharoof with a huge six, and Murali by dancing down and hitting him over the top.

Watch Asia Cup 2010 India vs Sri Lanka Final Cricket Match Live Streaming From Dambulla.Final Match Start at Local Start time 14:30 (09:00 GMT),Thursday, June 24, 2010.India should play their first-choice attack of Praveen Kumar, Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh and Ashish Nehra, who will return after recovering from back spasms. A half-century in the previous game could earn Rohit Sharma a promotion.

Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli have not matched the consistency of Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene, while Ravindra Jadeja, an allrounder, has only kept his place with his tidy left-arm spin. His counterpart Angelo Mathews, on the other hand, has lived up to his role successfully.

The return of Ashish Nehra and Harbhajan Singh will strengthen India’s bowling but those changes will be driven more by necessity and limited choices. Against the best-available Indian batting line-up, Farveez Maharoof did more than enough to ensure that team selection for the final remained a less than straightforward issue for Sri Lanka.

India Squad : 1 Gautam Gambhir, 2 Dinesh Karthik, 3 Rohit Sharma, 4 MS Dhoni (capt & wk), 5 Virat Kohli, 6 Suresh Raina, 7 Ravindra Jadeja, 8 Harbhajan Singh, 9 Praveen Kumar, 10 Zaheer Khan, 11 Ashish Nehra.

ICC T20 World Cup 2010 Final

Australia vs England Final Live

In almost every other tournament of note they have been little short of a rabble, and that includes their previous forays in the World Twenty20, in South Africa in 2007, when they opened the batting with the bits-and-pieces Darren Maddy, and in 2009, when the Netherlands (including a certain Dirk Nannes) stunned them in the tournament curtain-raiser.

Australia have only changed their team once during the tournament, when Ryan Harris came in for the injured Mitchell Johnson, so don’t expect them to get fancy at such a crucial stage. A return to Barbados means some excitement for the pace trio of Johnson, Dirk Nannes and Shaun Tait, who have combined for 31 wickets in this campaign.

Only two players on either side remain from that match – Michael Clarke and Michael Hussey for Australia; Kevin Pietersen and Paul Collingwood for England.

Australia have fond memories of finals in Bridgetown – they beat Sri Lanka by 53 runs at the venue to lift the World Cup  in 2007. But they fared less well in their only Twenty20 fixture in Barbados prior to this tournament. In 2008, they lost an 11-over thrash against West Indies, despite posting an imposing 97 for 3

Australia Squad :  1 Shane Watson, 2 David Warner, 3 Brad Haddin (wk), 4 Michael Clarke (capt), 5 David Hussey, 6 Cameron White, 7 Michael Hussey, 8 Steven Smith, 9 Mitchell Johnson, 10 Dirk Nannes, 11 Shaun Tait.

England Squad
: 1 Michael Lumb, 2 Craig Kieswetter (wk), 3 Kevin Pietersen, 4 Paul Collingwood (capt), 5 Eoin Morgan, 6 Luke Wright, 7 Tim Bresnan, 8 Graeme Swann, 9 Michael Yardy, 10 Stuart Broad, 11 Ryan Sidebottom.

West Indies vs India T20 Live

India’s batting and West Indies’ fielding getting all the flak, their other disciplines can’t get away either. India bowled horribly against Australia, which originally set up the defeat. West Indies were lucky to win against England, and their other two full-innings scores have been 138. One of them against Ireland.

Rohit Sharma, with his lone hand of 79 against Australia, should have assured himself a place. Ravindra Jadeja, on the other hand, went for 38 runs in two overs, missed a catch, and ran himself out by running away from the stumps. Jadeja, when used in the middle overs, has been a valuable left-arm spinner for Dhoni, and it will be interesting to see what effect one horrible day has on his place. India, anyway, played one batsman too many against Australia, so either of the spinning “allrounders”, Yusuf Pathan or Jadeja, could be left out to bring in a specialist bowler.

England, for their part, remain untested in the field. Their punt on Ryan Sidebottom’s left-arm angle has failed to come off in two brief outings and on the faster surface in Barbados he may find himself under pressure from James Anderson. The one man who seems almost certain to deliver is Eoin Morgan.

England (probable) 1 Michael Lumb, 2 Craig Kieswetter, 3 Kevin Pietersen, 4 Paul Collingwood (capt), 5 Eoin Morgan, 6 Luke Wright, 7 Michael Yardy, 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Graeme Swann, 10 Stuart Broad, 11 James Anderson.
